Could not take a trip to Genoa in May/June 2020 because of Corona and since then waiting for the refund of € 600.00. For an international hotel chain really a sad reputation.
I was there summer of 2018 for a hole month
Love it well located close to everything train station bus car rental restaurants cafe's stores all within walking distance very convenient
I was there for bussisnes but I made a holiday out of it

Good hotel if you need a place to enjoy acquarium
Good & clean hotel. The room is small, and when I say small I mean small! I am a big guy and I just squeezed into the shower that had only a shower head fixed onto the wall! Just the shower head is not enough in my opinion... Anyway the stuff was great and the room was clean. But me personally I would not stay there again...
Eleonora the receptionist was fantastic. Great location. Rooms and the hotel were very clean and all the staff was pleasant.
Good breakfast for only 4 euro...
Would for sure recommend this hotel.
