A Green oasis in the middle of Genova. I was made very welcome by the english speaking owner and his dog. Be aware that the access to the rooms is via a 60 metre up hill narrow path with steps. I just about got my bike up and down. It's not suitable for wheel chairs. I had pleasant quiet nights sleep.
To be avoided like the plague, I did 3 days of nightmare, the owner is thirsty for money and too old to manage the structure!
After leaving the room I had to go back with the carabiniere to resume my driving license because the owner didn't want to give it back to me anymore !!
The very old rooms, full of the owner's junk, the radiators I never found them turned on and poor cleaning.

Really beware of this place they cheated another friend of mine who was also deceived by the photographs the problem is that the carabinieri and the revenue office do not intervene I had tried but with zero results because I think he is a sort of mafia and continues to fool customers and the taxman! The only way to stop it is not to go there!
The b & b is conveniently located near the Brignole station. The owner is kind and hospitable. At first glance the rooms are pleasant. The proximity to the station is evident from the noises and vibrations at the passage of the train. Furthermore, the rooms, especially on the ground floor, are damp. Maintenance to be improved. Also keep in mind that to get to the rooms you have to open three gates and make an uphill driveway. If you have strollers, bicycles or wheelchairs, you must take this into consideration.
To avoid, I do not add anything else because the available characters would not be enough
