We stayed here in May 2019. We came to Genoa without a plan and stumbled upon this LOVELY hotel. From the beginning, everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. We loved the decor of the hotel room and shared spaces. The water and snacks on the floor were also a great touch. Everyone on staff was so helpful. They provided us a map with dining recommendations.
What really impressed me was our experience after we left. We had shipped some souvenirs back from Genoa and unfortunately, it was returned by customs to the hotel. They (Stephanie and IIaria) were INCREDIBLY HELPFUL - fabulous, prompt, kind, compassionate, accommodating - I can go on and on about how amazing they were through this process. They were to coordinate with the shop we bought our goods from in a DIFFERENT city and get it back to us in perfect condition. I will be forever grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Please stay here - you will not regret it!!
5 stars staff and service! The spot is amazing and they provide a good breakfast. Great bedrooms, with a very cute tea lounge upstairs.
Well located, which is a double sword. Pack light...you're walking on cobble. Fun if your ready for it.
The rooftop had a private party and we were given a private room and destiny was our host and she was so amazing I have never had a better host for our party, 100% recommend destiny, ask for her
Best hotel I ever stayed. Beautiful architecture super central, excellent staff.
