The room was spacious. The bathroom water pressure was amazing to take a cool shower after a busy day. However the breakfast was not as per five star hotel standards. The reception staff were really helpful but some of the restaurant staff were not polite. I would treat this a four star rather than a five star hotel
Very friendly staff. Nice rooms, very clean and quiet, which is difficult to find in downtown Genua. Breakfast is good and ample, Corona health system perfect.
We stayed in the presidential suite - it was excellent and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast very average, however.
Stayed at this hotel for over a month. Everything was great! I appreciate good service and clean accommodations. This was superb and I'll stay there again. Love the morning breakfast
First of all who gives this hotel 5 stars. They should feel lucky if I give them 3. Because there is no coffie or tea in the room. There is nothing in the mini bar. The whole room look like there is nothing happend since the last 30 years. In the reservation they said that there will be a parking area but when u come they say that the parking is full. So all an all this was my worst experiance in a so called 5 star hotel. It was my first stay and never again...bah
