Great hotel highly recommended to visit Genova.
Location: Very close (5 min walking) to the port and the main squares (Piazzas). Many restaurants (for breakfast or dinner) are in the area. Bear in mind that the apartments are located in a fourth floor.
Maintenance: Rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely equiped.
Staff: Always very friendly and supportive.
The spot is great , the apartment is the bomb! Very modern in a very old building. Great deco combination. Price is good. The room has everything available even a washing machine!

Great location, comfy stay, nice staff. Very slow wifi. But I'd stay again!
Very affordable appartements in the part of old Genova, near the "porto antico" and at walking distance of the city's old center.
Good beds, humble but good-enough bath-room and a small jacuzi. Like a lot of locations in old Genova, hard to find and hard to get there, due to trafic limitations, but that gives weight tot the fact that it contributes to the Italian-style relaxed athmosphere. Appartments are constructed in very old houses with very authentic and impressing ceilings. One point of critic is the leaking airco.
