Lovely place for an evening swim in galle... Food is really good. Rooms are excellent and staff is very helpful.
Great place with plenty of room, perfect get away if you are a group of friends or family. Has a nice dining area and a common area to hang out and the pool is very cozy roof top one which served the purpose.
Staffs are so friendly, they always checked on with us if we needed anything and we had a breakdown in the vehicle we were travelling around 11pm in the night and they even went beyond to help us out at that time and was genuinely concerned about the customers.
Overall
Great place and great food for price but for me they had one of the best staffs and the Managing director who attended to all our needs even without us asking him was the best part of this place.
A must stay place if you are travelling in a group.
A very pleasant place to stay. Did a group booking with friends in Dec 2019 & got a large swanky apartment which was spacious & clean.
Staff was very friendly, courteous & polite and was a pleasure to be hosted by their manager Mr.Janaka.
Breakfast was complementary but kitchen staff offered plenty of items which made it more than value for money.
I would definitely recommend all travellers to Galle to visit this hotel.
A really great apartment with friendly staff. The apartments are fully furnished and include a TV, AC, Swimming pool, pantry and washing machine. Great place to stay if you're at vacation.
Everything about Pinnacle was really great. Cosy rooms, great service, superb food, and great value for money. I travelled with a big work group and everyone in the group were unanimous about the exceptional great experience we had staying here for four nights. Thanks to the GM and proprietor Janaka for a maintaining a great establishment!
