The hotel is very beautiful. There is parking. The breakfasts are delicious here. There is a terrace with a bar and an excellent view. Hotel employees adhere to all safety standards. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I recommend it to everyone - you will not regret it.
Very nice accommodation. Convenient location apart of most places of interest in Funchal. Good terrace on the roof with the pool, jacuzzi, bar and pleasant restaurant. Private parking.

The staff was the nicest and most accommodating team you could ask for. Due to many arrivals, the result of our COVID test at the airport took longer than expected - 22 hours instead of only 6-12 hours as the government communicates everywhere. Although we only booked one night, the team made our self-isolation as comfortable as possible, helped us with countless calls to the test hotline, were very helpful with an above average late check-out, and continued to be a great help when we were finally allowed to leave the hotel room.
The hotel is really nicely designed, and everything is very clean and well-maintained, although you can see some signs of use from the apartment's previous years. Best of all, the roof terrace offers the best view over Funchal.
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Definitely 5* service, highly recommended. Brilliant, lost for words I cant wait to go back! Can't fault anything here! Got a lovely birthday surprise too!
Great service, amazing pool area, great breakfast (especially the pancakes, don’t miss them!). Nothing but good things to say, best hotel I’ve stayed at for a long time.
