One of the most beautiful places I've ever been, this amazing luxury hotel, it i so gorgeous and fascinate.
it’s in a top location, on the rocks overlooking a luxuriant and splendid park a dramatic view, all it’s so unbelievable.
I really liked the atmosphere that reigns, a bit retro and I experienced several moments in the hotel that were beautiful and unforgettable I felt very pampered.
The staff is very warm kind and qualified.
The afternoon champagne tea it has been epicureans experience it’s one of the best in the world so good, I can make this comparison because I have been in the best tea rooms
A very important thing is to emphasize that dogs are welcome and offer a personalized VIP treatment.

The one and only palace in Madeira. A true gem, charming, dedicated sea access, great service. Some rooms and public areas might need a little revamp but thats all. Would expect more from the Michelin Star Restaurant. Picnics by the pool are a delight.
Called for a cocktail veiws from the terrace amazing service wasn't great we had to go and find a waiter to serve us but the cocktails and nibbles were lovely
The bar has a very strange and unwelcoming atmosphere. Went on Christmas: too quite, feels like a gneneric lobby bar
