I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and caring. All the requirements of the desinfection, cleanliness and social distancing were met. Despite the difficult times, I felt safe and comfortable. Plus the view is really breathtaking from every single window in the hotel.
We came here during Corona times as Madeira was one of the last “risk-free” areas where we could go. Turns out we found quite the gem. From the hotel to the island an absolute pleasure! Everyone at the hotel was super nice and everything was perfectly clean. They took good care of us and on top of it we had an amazing view and a lovely pool right by the ocean. What more could you ask for. ♂️
Great location, awesome views, friendly staff. The (free) New Year's Eve arrangements that included watching the fireworks from the stadium were outstanding.
The rooms were clean, but the Junior Suite was not a real suite. I expected two separate rooms, but instead it was just a slightly bigger room in comparison to the standard rooms. Still fine!
A big con is the parking situation at the hotel. After 6/7 PM it was nearly impossible to get a space directly on the premises. Public street parking is available though, but expect to park your car 300+ meters away from the hotel, especially when the hotel is full.
However, a great hotel for the price and I would always stay here again.
Beautiful place with an amazing ocean vieuw and easy acess to the beach, it's a really nice hotel!
Good size sea view rooms, with drink making facilities. Balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the sea. Good shower room, large (bath size) shower ! Buffet breakfast, excellent choices and great service.
