Everything was perfect, best shower I had in while. The mattress was very soft though, depends if you like that! Thank you for letting me stay!
Be careful, due pandemic flight cancellations and border closure we could no travel to Madeira. they refuse refund the paid amount. Only accepts make a bonus to be used in a year term (ending March 2021) so, probably we will loose our money...
This is the best customer service that I have ever seen in a hotel, the staff is very friendly and caring everything for us, their will is the customer satisfaction. The chamber was more than correct for the price and this is situated at 5 minutes on walk of the center of Funchal.
Really clean and nice with a rooftop you can go and chill to.
Old window allows light, outside noise and rain to enter the bed. Sheets with obvious stains and bad quality mattress. Cockroaches and silverfish's (lepisma).
Cleaning service that does not fulfill the agreed.
Nauseating smell of tobacco and constant noise in the corridors. Unavailability of receipt.
