Clean and nice room, air-con in a good condition as well, this is really important especially in warm days. Very friendly staff. There is a parking underground that costs 16€ per day, but also a Contipark few minutes walk that costs 7€ per day. The hotel is located in the japanese district, a lot of restaurantes nearby. And the hotel has following all the procedures against corona. Recommended!
I'm a fan of Motel One. Wherever you stay it's always the same nice and cozy atmosphere.
Modern hotel in the Japanese area. Friendly staff, the prices are okay, and good breakfast (bio products). The familyroom has great space. Overall it is clean, no noise from outside of the building nor the hallway. There is only no small fridge or kettle in the room. The shower tends to make the whole bathroom floor wet (It is not a completely closed shower compartement), and the ventilation there is really bad.
Only stayed one night but will happily stay longer next time. Very friendly staff at front desk. Didn't take advantage of bar but it looked very nice as did the breakfast.. Lovely central courtyard. Room was on small side but that's typical of many European hotel rooms. Very comfortable, very clean, very quiet (had room facing Immermannstraße & with window closed barely heard traffic). Very good value for money. Location can't be beat.
