The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. After making the booking, I have requested to stay at the Harry Potter room and I received a confirmation very fast.
The room, as well as the Hotel, are super fun!!! The decoration is beautiful, the bar has boarding games, which made our stay even nicer.
Good hotel but please ensure that you study the combination properly before your stay. Most physcics textbooks should provide more info on that. if you don't remember the combination, then a man will come in your room and try and figure it out himself.

beautifully decorated rooms,bar , conference room and Hall
What a place! Very stylish, amazing design and (the most important) lovely staff! Rooms are cozy and clean, bar is open 24/7 and breakfast, although is quite typical, it is served in a modern way. Prices ars normal, comparing to Munich, I can even say "cheaper than usual";) Great place to stay for a couple or just to have a central tourist starting point. Visited during Corona-times (business trip) and all staff members took all actions to make my stay as safety as possible. Big thanks for that! Will definitely come back!

Very modern hotel, rooms feel like a your in designer accomodation. Fresh and comfortable, new inside, unique spacious showers and bathrooms. Breakfast was good as are the large spaces around the hotel too. Good access to lots of nightlife and parking is easy and cheap.
I was surprised with 25 hours hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast service and selection ( with oysters) sitting above Düsseldorf.
Must try the sauna. We had the sauna only for ourselves for one hour, you can chill out or show cold water on the balcony naked with view of city. Free beer and cold/ hot drink at relax room too.
The bar on top floor offer good beer and cocktails menu. We had cheese plate with 4 different cocktails, and are amazed with everything.
Only down side is the bathroom, it’s a bit small.
Overall I will definitely go back again. Highly recommend!
Excellent hotel really good one and at top location
Love this small family run hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. It's in a quiet street and has a comfy bed, so we had good night's rest. Includes a simple but really good and fresh breakfast. Most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay
Just for 10 minutes in for to pick up my lady but all was correct
It was the central location that was very good. It is near the Altstadt but also near the shopping zone.
The staff was nice and super friendly.
Although they gave us the wrong key card jacket (stayed another room)
We had a good time at the bar. And the restaurant "Stadthaus Brasserie" is excellent.
We were a little disappointed with a few things. 1)the complimentary coffee was one of the worse. Is was the instant packages that tasted like cardboard. There were no snacks available in the room nor in the lobby. We were told to go outside somewhere to buy from the kiosk. (Not very convenient).
The hotel is dog friendly, although they do not provide dog amenities (I.e. dog bed or bowl which some hotels do)
Great hotel. Our road facing room was quiet and stylish. It's perfectly positioned too. Thinking about booking here again for a Christmas getaway. We didn't use the restaurant. (as we're big fans of the Asian food scene in Düsseldorf.) A hat tip to the staff who were extremely helpful and genuine.
Booked this place for one night. Reception very nice and helpful! When we got to the room we only had twin beds. So I went back to the reception and requested a room with a double bed. We were lucky. They had one room left which we got immediately. Thank you very much for sorting that. They have also got Underground parking which costs €15 a night. If you have got a very big car (we have got a C4 grand), it may take a few attempts to get in and out of the car park. The hotel is also only 3 or 4 tram station away from the Old town (I think). Best to find out at the hotel. Breakfast starts at 7.00am at the weekend. It's got everything there you want (hot & cold). Would we go back?: yes
Fantastic experience, lovely clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location and opposite a food market (perfect for food lovers like me). The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the sauna is also very nice and clean.
My boyfriend and I loved loved LOVED this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the cocktails from the bar were jum and we even got the chance to play a game of pool which we both love. The hotel served a delicious breakfast which was a buffet that had a lot to offer, even soy milk! Our room was small but had everything we needed, except the bed and bath could be a bit bigger since my boyfriend is almost 2 meters haha.
What a beautiful Hotel in Dusseldorf. While they don't have a lot of rooms, the rooms are perfect themselves. The breakfast is amazing and the people know how to take care of their customers.
