great location, which is a big advantage as you don't have to climb your way back to the hotel as often the case in Crikvenica
good breakfast, decent service, hotel is clean

No Wi-Fi in rooms, even though the advertisment says so. When I asked the receptionist she said it's only available in reception area. No Wi-Fi in rooms or pool area. Except for lying in the advertisment, it's 2020, not 2005. I'd expect Wi-Fi to be some basic minimum in a 3 star hotel...
Lifts with very dangerous doors, without motion sensor. My wife had 2 dangerous accidents when she got nearly trapped by the doors. When doors start closing and there is something in between, they keep closing regardless. One day that will cause serious damage to someone.
Then there is all the little thing that makes a difference between pleasant stay and the opposite. A/C was barely working in the room, probably not cleaned.
TV remote control was very low on batteries. We received only 1 card to the doors even though 2 people were staying in it. Cleaning staff replaced our 4 towels with 2 small ones (happened 2 days in a row). Crazy prices in hotel bar. Bottle of water 2 times more expensive than in shop.
Generally quite OK place to stay, location and food is definitely big +, however the hotel is not cheap, and for that price I'd expect to receive really good service, which was not the case. A lot of little, but annoying things that differs a good hotel from just an OK one.
The staff is very clean and clean. Newly renovated hotel. Delicious food all recommendations.
This is a 3stars hotel. No less, no more. Beautiful around here everything, perfect location, kind stuff!
