A hotel-like room with the added benefit of a small kitchen. Fantastic location, right in the city center,walking distance to everything, and quiet at night. Breakfast is included, but be warned, it is the same every day.

We had an excellent time. The service was very good and we were surprised by the quality of the apartment for how cheap it is.
Very good location is everything close on foot. The only thing that to park a car you have to pay for the beach.
Very clean, new and well equipped apartments
Although the apartment - and the building in general - is very modern and clean, the attention of the manager Pilar is far from what is expected of someone in that position. Not only was his treatment very unpleasant and haughty, but he also showed total inability to face a contingency. On the contrary, the rest of the employees had a careful and very friendly attention ... but thanks to Pilar, I will never return to B131.
The place is very nice, it is located very in the center and the garage they offer you is 2 blocks away and you pay separately (it is impossible to park if it is not in a garage). On the first floor you hear a lot of noise from the street and the door the balcony was closed, so it was difficult to close it. The chair was stained with things that were overturned at some point, the cleaning was fine anyway, the shower was excellent but the sink was clogged. The nonexistent wifi never worked. It is very nice but it is very used and neglected in some aspects. I would recommend it to spend one or two nights, no more because the internet is not a minor detail either. The well-equipped kitchen but it would lack a larger refrigerator, it has only one bar fridge.
