This is a crappy hotel, definitely not a 3 stars hotel. No heat and it is winter. The wifi does not work. They don't fix anything. I know it is a cheap hotel, but they do not offer any of the services they offer. Elevators are very old. The good thing is the bathroom which is quite big. Location is good, but go somewhere else, doesn't worth the money.
We stayed at Del Fundador twice, and at several other hotels in Argentina. This was the best hotel we saw in Argentina, but not fabulous by US standards. It would rate two or three US stars. The rooms were clean, attractive, roomy by Argentine standards, functional, air conditioned, with TV, well lit, 220V outlets. The beds were clean and comfortable. Showers hot and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. WiFi access in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning, with various pastries, cereals, milk, and things and orange drink or coffee. Its in the middle of downtown close to the downtown mall, cathedral, and other attractions.

Worn down, not worth the money
It leaves much to be desired everything. The building state is very decadent. The photos published on networks and the web differ from reality. Aside from the arrangements, the general cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty sheets without changing. Breakfast is basic. The bathrooms do not have a sink inside, they are on the outside!
The elevators work for 1 or 2 people and are in poor condition and dirty. A shame everything.
