The hotel is nice. walking distance from the Harbour, nice area. Decent size rooms, friendly staff. I like the small minibar area with microwave included and a little sink. Breakfast is kinda poor, but that is also maybe because of COVID. It used to be better.
BUT the internet here is a disgrace! I work remotely and need internet more than anything else, but this is just a joke! I can barely get my work done! I mean, seriously... I have better results using my ROAMING Mobile Data.... This is so very annoying and it is the reason this hotel gets only 2 stars from me. I am very frustrated with the on-again / off-again and overall bad quality of the internet connection.
Choice criteria was Internet as I had to “work from home”, it was 10 out of 10!!! Room very comfortable, very nice terrace to relax at night, very comfortable lobby with “all you can drink coffee and water”, we spent excellent days !!!
Great location, easy parking in close-by garage. Pleasing boutique feel. Great view from balcony. Staff was courteous and smiley. Breakfast selection is limited, rooms are a bit tight, dated, and have no coffee/tea making facilities.
For this price range, a wonderful place to stay! I was delighted to see the space and nice touches of the room, not to mention the balcony with chairs and table to enjoy a nice morning lunch or late dinner in the privacy of your room. One thing I disliked was the sound proofing. One could hear the conversations from the hallway (although not many) and the steps late at night from the above floors. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.
Enjoyed the spa and hammam as a couple. We also got the massage, which was great (our first experience). It's a bit small but we were alone during this time so it was OK. The staff are very friendly and professional!
Very nice staff and very nice two star hotel. It is located in the heart of the city and you have a tons of shops and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.
Very nice stay at the Hotel Renoir! Hôtel is very nice and our room was spacious, modern, and clean. Location is great for walking to all local attractions/needs. Staff was welcoming and helpful! We would highly recommend staying there.
Amazing stay - we walked in to the hotel on a day in August after leaving our previous one due to issues there. hotel America were able to accommodate us and were super friendly professional and made us very welcome. The rooms are extremely clean and excellent service, will definitely return. Great location too.
Magnificent place with lots of space and luxurious amenities. Very good location, in the heart of Cannes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was beautiful and high class.
Room was high quality. The free minibar was nice to have. The extra water top-up was very much appreciated.
The Internet could be much better. Logging in was very slow and having to re-log in again was very annoying
The people in hotel (staff) were lovely with us, nothing was too much for them. The room was cosy and cute. Parking was a problem for us as we can't walk far, also was expensive but apart from that was nice little hotel.
I stayed in this hotel in September during the royal boat,
it is a race with the most beautiful sailboats in the world,
it is a small family hotel, quality staff,
everyone is smiling as well the staff as the customers,
contemporary decoration, pretty charming garden,
we feel very quickly very well, a little like at home except that there is nothing to do !
