Superb establishment, the place was clean and very comfy, the staff really kind and helpful, the location was amazing, everything was just a short walk away, beach, sights, restaurants. yet very quiet. really amazing. Modern, with air con and elevator :-) yet at the center of the old town. we'll surely be back on our next trip to Cannes, i woud consider no other hotel, and i tried a few.

Beautifully located, amazing service, spacious and comfortable and all that at a reasonable price.
Will definitely be back!
Ideally located on the heights of Le Suquet and close to the Palais des Festival.
Very quiet place in a pedestrian area, typical restaurants and shops nearby

For a 4 * the comfort is not there, the mattress is unworthy and my back broke so soft and thin. Moreover, even by setting the temperature to the highest I was very cold all night. The cumulus cloud in the closet in the main room also makes an unbearable noise when it is recharging (especially at night).
Finally hair in bed, and not even a coffee capsule, or a bottle of water ...
It's a shame because the staff are responsive, friendly, and the hotel has a good design ...
I do not usually leave bad comments but for a 4 * it is abused
It could have been perfect
To begin with the big positive points: the friendliness of the staff, the design of the room which is magnificent.
However, during my stay I encountered a few black spots that annoyed me.
I stayed there for 3 nights. I wanted to book only one at the base, but what appealed to me was that the manager told me about high quality room service for the covid, explaining to me that they DID to eat, I asked on the phone if it was a meal tray or if they came to clear between the starters and the dishes. on the phone I was told that it was actually done like that, we clear out like a classic restaurant except that we are in the room.
if I write this review it's good that it was not exactly true, although I had booked for that especially and I said it on the phone that it was for this service that I added 2 additional nights .
Everything was brought to us at the same time, entrees and desserts. Great. when you have finished the appetizer the dish is cold, of course.
I am assured over the phone that there is a large wine list and that I will surely find what I am looking for, yet I said that I was difficult because I am a sommelier by profession!
5 reds, 5 whites, rosé, 5 champagnes. Not a single top-of-the-range champagne. however I thought, since the ruinart brut (not the blanc de blanc) is invoiced at 120 €. This is his price in a gourmet restaurant. When pricing a luxury restaurant, being able to provide a
seal with ice cubes is a bare minimum, or else its margins are reduced.
The icing on the cake, the day I left, watching deliveroo sur cannes for lunch at noon, I was extremely surprised to see an LM restaurant, I don't know what, offering the exact same menu! (almost the same, they had more choice and were much cheaper) obviously without warning us, the hotel is delivered and brings us to our room as if nothing had happened and they had done so. It must be specified to the customer. you don't even
not bother to put it on a plate, we receive the cardboard boxes. especially if I had ordered myself on deliveroo in the same restaurant it would have cost me much less! It’s a shame not to let customers know that you’re just ordering food from another restaurant.
It's not all.
My girlfriend in the morning works, so we ordered breakfast at 8.30 the first two days. having him on time was essential in order to have time to eat.
The first day, 20 minutes late for two basic breakfasts (I had only asked for one, but yes, I warned that 50 minutes before I wanted only one). no orange juice in the basic formula. okay okay that's overkill but it wasn't marked on paper.
for the next day we decided to be more precise, for 8.30 am I ask for a breakfast with: 1 orange juice, 2 pains au chocolat, 1 small bread and butter.
The next morning at 8:55 am my girlfriend's breakfast arrives. she had to almost leave the apartment already or she would be late. 2 chocolate breads and one orange juice only. the wand has been forgotten. so my girlfriend didn't have time to eat it and had a pain au chocolat for the road. € 17. in my life i'm not at 17 € ready, but this really pisses me off. no excuse for the delay either morning.
I hate to put this kind of comment, so before writing everything here I sent a message to the managers explaining my dissatisfaction especially with the restaurant. I got a kind response, but that's it so you will surely get a kind response too.
go there for the night, for the room. but do not take any of the services on site. use standard delivery services for dinners.
