Comfy bed, good shower, decent size room with table and chairs, and for an incredible price. Plenty of tea and coffee for two people, and the couple that run it were really nice. Cannot fault it at all.
Very friendly. A cooked to order breakfast to die for!! We will stay here every time we go to Blackpool. Just brilliant!

The only problem my wife and I had staying at the clifton court is that we could only stop for the 1 night the hosts and staff were excellent, the room was spotless the bar is well stocked with everything you need and the breakfast was also excellent with a large choice and very filling we shall definitely be returning thank you for the brilliant stay and service also a very well done for the covid 19 awareness very impressive
Number one St lukes, what a fantastic b/b I've stayed at many hotels / b/bs but never one as good as this the gardens ie entrance we're stunning all dressed up for Christmas, beautiful very well presented, on entrance to the b/b we were greeted by Claire and Mark, so friendly felt at home immediately the entrance, hallway and staircase just reminded me of my childhood I new I was going to enjoy this stay, on entering the bedroom, I was so in pressed, the only word that comes to mind is immaculate, as for the bathroom jacuzzi large shower, his /hers sinks, breakfast perfect, I'm not a fan of Blackpool but I will come back just to stay here again.

A bit old fashioned. Very clean. Lady at receptions lovely. Nice little bar downstairs. Very close to shore. All good
Lovely rooms, plenty space in there and the bathroom. Everything was clean comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt at home with everything we needed plus more like the whirlpool bath! Sun loungers on the balcony, October in Blackpool managed to get an hour sun still on the balcony
