Good location. And. Good value for your money lads that run it are nice and will do most things to help you out. It's like a home from home.
We were there for a girls wk-end, lovely hotel, we were pleased with our sea view room it was a good size, clean, good food, staff were friendly , the entertainment was brilliant. The mattress was too soft for me, but that's personal preference. Didn't feel that social distancing was happening in the bar/lounge area during the evenings.

Very clean, comfortable room, good size, comfortable bed, and with everything else you could need. Necessary Covid precautions in place throughout the hotel (and then some.) Excellent breakfasts with a wide range of choice (I enjoyed the cooked but 'Continental' also well provided for.) Paul, the host, attentive, and friendly. Certainly, after a most enjoyable weekend stay, I shall plan to return. If you travel by railway, as I did, it's handily located only ten minutes walk from Blackpool North Station. Likewise for enjoying being in Blackpool, only a few minutes stroll to the sea front.
Had the best time ever, even though I was on my own, everyone was friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Kelly is great and even mixed my drinks the way i like them, because I'm fussy about my drinks. All the staff were fantastic too!! Definitely will be going back. Room was clean and all have en suites too, so brilliant for the price.
Mike the owner is an absolute superstar, he stepped in when our original hotel was flooded out before we arrived.
He let us stay for the duration of our holiday for the same price and thanks to him we were able to have a great holiday!

We visit Lawrence House as often as possible. Just had a lovely break. Peter and Wayne are always warm and welcoming, it was wonderful to see friendly faces during these hard times. We felt very safe at the Hotel, all safety measures are in place, the food was beautiful and the Hotel was spotlessly clean. Looking forward to our next visit already. Emma
Very well kept hotel. Rooms are lovely, breakfast fantastic, and the host very welcoming. I use this hotel whenever I need to stay in Blackpool. Highly recommended.
Couldn't fault the hotel, the decor and facilities were amazing. The bed was massive and really comfortable. Shane and Jose were fabulous hosts, couldn't do enough for you, very attentive. Coco was also a star . We've already booked for next year
We stayed for 3 nights, our room was a good size and very clean, John the owner is an amazing host and couldn't do enough for us. Bar is well stocked and good prices. The hotel has good amenities and we had a great time here. Easy walking distance from the trains and trams, very close to the seafront, loads of great local bars and clubs very close by too. Remeber it's an adults only hotel so is a great place to have a get away without the kids. Looking forward to returning very soon, 10/10 from us.
What a fantastic place for a break ? Very friendly staff and owner , nice warm welcome and everything to do with your stay . Coffee n Tea making facilities in our room with a lovely " walk-in shower in the toilet / wash room . Great breakfast the next morning with fresh fruit juice , plus all the coffee n tea you want . Had a full English breakfast with toast . They did the virus thing with our temperature taken on arrival and details taken . Will definitely go back again
Absolutely beautiful place to stay, no problems and everything i needed was there. Lynn is lovely who runs it. First time my children have stayed away and wanted to stay another night. Visited the 2 bedroom suite with 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space we didnt feel cramped up.
Would like to thank Christine and Chris for a lovely stay so welcoming, clean room with comfy beds and a beautiful breakfast that both my children (age 2 and 8) enjoyed. We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Blackpool we can't wait to come back.
A nice cozy apartment which was in the city center. Very budget friendly apartment with decent rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly.
