This is by far the best bnb i've stayed at. We had a family room and i loved how clean it was, everything matched. The decor was lovely throughout.. The owners where so lovely and welcoming :) The breakfast was lovely too. Will be using this bnb going forward without a doubt, if your thinking of booking I WOULD !!!!!!!!!
Me and my family originally stayed last year. The location was perfect in every sense which meant no taxis. The room we had was very modern, clean and spacious with two comfortable double beds for us and our little boy. That aside, the landlord James was such a nice person and made us feel so welcome.
I recently had to return to Blackpool due to work and stayed here again.
All I can say is 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Blackpool to stay there.
We have just arrived home after a 2 night stay. We have had a brilliant couple of days. Mark and his wife were lovely and very welcoming and were great with our little girl! The hotel is very welcoming and clean and our rooms being very comfortable! Breakfast in the mornings were lovely too and we have really enjoyed our stay there!
We will be recommending you to friends and family and will see you again hopefully next time we visit Blackpool! Thankyou x
Jayne and Ray are the perfect hosts who are very welcoming and friendly making sure our stay was great,the room we stayed in was very comfortable, cosy and clean and for a great price. The full english breakfast that we had was gorgeous every morning freshly cooked including choice of cereals and fruit. Couldn't find fault with anything. Would we stay again? Try and stop us!!

Bedroom small but had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. Nice touch tea, coffee, water and biscuit provided. The owner was friendly, helpful and could not do enough for you. Under 10min walk to centre of blackpool.
Love this place. Amazing rooms and very spacious. Comfortable beds loved my stay. Breakfast was prepared quickly and taste brilliant. Definitely recommend and most definitely will return

The rooms are fantastic! Totally clean and a lovely style, breakfast was banging and the beach is literally 2mins away from the tower. Great couple that run the place. Friendly, welcoming, great cooks. Also if you want, these two are full of great stories. Thanks for having us we loved it and will be back x
The room was comfortable and clean shower was powerful good sized dining room n bar areas bed was very comfortable to sleep in very good Cooked English breakfast will be back to stay again

The hosts are adorable. Never met such a sweet nice couple. The hotel was clean. Definitely recommend
Enjoyed our stay here for 2nights while we explored Blackpool. Staff were friendly and helped wherever needed. Comfy clean beds and the room was quite spacious too. Was perfect for what we needed, somewhere to sleep and store our things. TV worked and had Freeview, WiFi was available too. Would only recommend the bathroom ceeling to be re painted. Staff helped us find decent parking too just over the road 72hours for £17. Thank you!
We stopped here in August for 4 nights,lovely and clean place.would defo recommend.liked it that much going back in October and cant wait.
Management and staff very friendly food excellent. Will be returning 25th September with 26 people
