They are so rude on the phone when I booked my stay they didn't tell me that I have 7 days to phone up and cancel and didn't say anything about taking money from my bank if I didn't cancel 7 day before. They phoned me today to see what time I was checking in but completely forgot to phone to cancel with my daughter been rushed into hospital and they have taken my last bit of money to live on that was to go visit my daughter and get my other kids school uniform. I will not be booking with these ever again so rude
Love this place. Amazing rooms and very spacious. Comfortable beds loved my stay. Breakfast was prepared quickly and taste brilliant. Definitely recommend and most definitely will return
Lovely people and great breakfast we stopped in the family room and it's clean and warm with plenty of space (there are 7 of us)
5 minutes walk away from the sea front and the town centre we had a lovely 4 night stay
The owner barged into our room while kids were just getting to sleep. With a lot of anger and aggression because the net curtain had blown out the window. Then acussed us of smoking. Which we don't? A 100 percent complete Tool. Will never return here and recommend all family and friends to avoid like the plague. Also the room stunk of damp with condensation in the window pains and lose wall paper all over the place.. No extractor fan in the shower probably makes this worse. You can tell by the attitude in the reply and other reviews what type of guy the owner is make up your own mind lol.. Also when checking people's reviews the 5 stars with 1 review are fake
Fantastic hotel, owners are lovely, and it is near everything. Would stay again
