Just back today from a 3 day stay and must say Donna and Lee who took over hotel last September are wonderful. Don't look at reviews from past this date as this couple took it over the place is immaculately clean. Breakfast delicious and plenty cereal for kids.. So good. Will be booking for September and oldest kids coming down too.. Don't hesitate to book make you feel the most welcomed and can't do enough for anyone. Will be back again next year too lol over the moon 10 out 0f 10
We stayed here last weekend and had a lovely stay the owners are very friendly and always on hand if you need anythink. The rooms were of high standard and very clean.The breakfast was also lovely everything you need.Would recommend to anyone going to blackpoole 10 out of 10.
Me and my partner and little baby girl enjoyed a lovely trip to Blackpool we had stayed in a previous hotel for 4 nights and last minute decided to stay another nite so we came across the edelweiss i knocked on the door of the hotel and a young friendly boy answered he was really polite I asked him did he have any vacancies and he explained that his parents had just gone out and he would ring them he got in touch and he then said to myself my mum would like to speak to you the lady Donna answered she was really friendly and helpful on the phone she explained they had a room for the night and that they where coming back to se me and my partner within minutes the couple arrived the up made us feel so welcome within minutes of being around them we felt so comfortable she let us sign in early as we got their for 11am and I thought that was a lovely gesture as they seen we where struggling with our case/bags Donna took us up to our room the hotel smelt like vanilla and such a fresh smell hit me when she opened the door of our room the room was spotless toilet ,sink, carpet, bedside cabinets all looked new bedding was so fresh mattress so comfortable my little girl loved the window as it was low to the floor so she loved looking out Donna put up a cot bed for us with a lovely soft comfortable mattress she even added a little blanket on the side that was really thoughtful and kind and a soft fitted sheet my little girl had the best sleep me and my partner did to was so I spoke to the beautiful couple throughout the day they where really talkative smiley helpful and we felt really relaxed around them both me and my daughter went for breakfast Donna sat us down with a big smile she welcomed us in to the room and within minutes my breakfast came out it was beautiful lovely cooked sausages crispy bacon beans tomoto mushrooms and the toast was just right Their was a lovely selection of food Different selections of yogurts cereals lovely tasty jam fruit coffee tea cereal bars fresh orange and apple juice everything was spotless and clean I have nothing negative to say about this hotel we payed £50 for the night I was shocked at the price as it was perfect we are going to stay for 5 nights in October and we are really excited to go back they both looked after us really well they are just such genuine caring people which work really hard and help their guests in so many ways we just loved the place thank you so so much to both of you we had a magical experience and we are looking forward in coming back soon xxxx
