Very good hotel, extremely helpful and polite staff. Very good customer service. Meals are excellent. If being pedantic,while to wait for meal, however it is well worth the wait. I can highly recommend this hotel.
Good sized family room. Nice decor. Happy with size of room. Only reason did not give 5 starts is because I was not able to cast screen share my phone to the TV which I can in most hotels
Great atmosphere in bar. Sunday had DJ very cool sounds very relaxing 5 star rooms. Will definitely be back to this hotel. Great hotel for pleasure beach and south shore attractions.
Very good newly built hotel located right to next to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Can literally see the rollercoast out of your window if you chose to. I had a sea view taking in the lights and promenade. Modern and smart interior. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was a little on the firm side for me but otherwise a great stay. Breakfast ordered to room on last day was late and not everything arrived but resolved satisfactorily with duty manager.
