Comfy bed, good shower, decent size room with table and chairs, and for an incredible price. Plenty of tea and coffee for two people, and the couple that run it were really nice. Cannot fault it at all.

No frills rooms cheap and great hosts and breakfast.... perfect for my needs

Very friendly and helpful Service is great Rooms very clean and comfy Breakfast is great Hotel is very well located and only short walk to south pier and pleasure beach Dont judge the hotel on how it looks from the outside its wonderful inside
