Couldn't fault the hotel, the decor and facilities were amazing. The bed was massive and really comfortable. Shane and Jose were fabulous hosts, couldn't do enough for you, very attentive. Coco was also a star . We've already booked for next year
This is our second weekend here and it's all down to Shane Hosè and Coco. They are wonderful hosts excellent customer service skills. The breakfasts are delicious nothing is too much for them. Well done guys you made us very happy. Xxxx
I can't find enough words that would sum up our time here .we absolutely loved it .we felt so special and cared for. I would recommend and tell anyone who thinking of a stay in black pool! Lovely lovely couple. Spot less Great breakfast. Little special touches they provide. Decor. Amazing! Can't wait to go back ! thank you guys for making our week end that much more special with you! Visited Blackpool and stayed here. What a lovely warm welcome immaculate comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast to top it all. The place to stay when lockdown is over thank you
