I stayed with my family at the lindum hotel where myself and youngest daughter usually stay and have done for past 7 years with Glenda and John who was chatty, friendly and generally interested in what we did during the day. When we arrived we were told that a bank card belonging to one of us was needed for damages, To which we became apprehensive from the word. go. The first breakfast time was fine the waitress was friendly, at the 2nd breakfast we felt we had upset her, and today she hardly spoke to us but was friendly to the other guests. We saw Gerard on the first day but didn’t see him again. Kay did make an effort to have a chat but as we are a very outgoing friendly family we felt it was hard going. The one thing we all felt was there was far too many unnecessary negative signs which is disheartening and unwelcoming and for that reason we will not be returning. We stayed another day and night in Blackpool but went to another hotel. I wanted to give Kay some feedback but my children requested that I review on line to save embarrassment for them as I am an outspoken person
The rooms are fantastic! Totally clean and a lovely style, breakfast was banging and the beach is literally 2mins away from the tower. Great couple that run the place. Friendly, welcoming, great cooks. Also if you want, these two are full of great stories. Thanks for having us we loved it and will be back x
Well what can we say it was fantastic everything was faultless kay and gerrard such lovely people made us feel very welcome will definatley be gouing back again thank you kay and gerrard
Me and my family Family loved it in room 17 it was very lovely. you will have your own TV in your room and you can go down stairs to get breakfast. its the best
Stopped when going to see G4 very friendly and clean.
Reasonably priced.
Late night keys.
