Me and my family originally stayed last year. The location was perfect in every sense which meant no taxis. The room we had was very modern, clean and spacious with two comfortable double beds for us and our little boy. That aside, the landlord James was such a nice person and made us feel so welcome.
I recently had to return to Blackpool due to work and stayed here again.
All I can say is 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Blackpool to stay there.

Friendly staff and facilities
Stayed here this last weekend a group of 4. Perfectly located for all the attractions only a 5 minute walk to central pier. This guest house is perfect for families friends or solo travellers. Will definitely be booking again for my next stay
