Best Hotel I've ever been to - and I've seen others like Hyatt too. It's very beautiful and designed with love - not just expensive Luxury, that makes no sense. Top rooms, very stylish! The employees are very kind but not hypocritical like in other high class Hotels. I'll come here again when being in Barcelona, thx 4 everything!
Beautiful place with rather unfriendly staff
The facilities of the hotel are pristine and in the spa they’re going above and beyond to make you feel good. Comfy beds and great covid regulation. BUT: Very unfriendly service - the lady at the reception did not make me feel welcome at all - rather like an intruder that had to be kept off guard. Friendliness is a huge thing for me - especially in hotels. Hence I wouldn’t book here anymore.
Beautiful new concept hotel with coworking area and great events.
Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was flawless from start to finish, the music in the bar, the cocktail master class sessions, the customer service and the nice little touches in the room. You could easily not leave the hotel during your entire stay and not be disappointed. I only found the cinema room on the day of departure, which as a football lover would have been a thrilling experience. The breakfast is heavenly and the spa was both relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning upon my next visit to Barcelona!
We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were so comfortable; the light blocking blinds, soft king sized bed, and amazing bathroom and shower. We couldn't believe the spa was free for guests and definitely took advantage of it. We felt that it was great quality for the price!
