I am very disappointed with this aparthotel, it costs me 212 € per night with breakfast and sea side. It has not belonged to Steigenberger for three years and they say the price is based on its central location in Zingst. But they also have other hotels. The first room was dirty, dark, and worn out. You had a direct view of the forecourt. After complaining, we got a very nice room high up and can see the sea. The use of the kitchen costs an additional 5 € per day, max. € 20 per stay. In return, I expect that the three dishes that have been used are cleaned with the daily service! But that is what is expected of the guest. The breakfast is good and plentiful, the staff is very friendly, only one lady at the counter is a bit irritable. The underground car park costs € 14 extra per day. Because you are in the center, it is of course not totally quiet. In any case, I don't think the price-performance ratio is optimal. My research has shown that these are not "zingst prices". A hotel here by the sea with pool and sauna + half board and underground parking space, sea view and a quiet location costs even less than the 212 €. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the aparthotel to others. It's a shame actually. But as I said: the staff, especially at the front desk, is very friendly, but of course we cannot help with the pricing policy.
