My mother was there with a friend for ten days. Unfortunately an absolute failure! There was no reception, reception! No service whatsoever. Your concerns (broken lightbulb) were not implemented!
Rooms were not cleaned in the time - justification staff are not allowed in the room. You had to empty the garbage yourself. And that in times of Corona, where hygiene is so important ...
Breakfast also more than modest - discounter goods and rolls, breakfast requests were not taken into account.
Hotel management was never seen.

In July, now almost in the 10th year, we were guests in the beautiful island paradise and very happy that it was possible to enjoy our holiday on site this year, despite the special time.
A real paradise in the middle of Zingst, one step into the well-tended garden and the hustle and bustle of the promenade is forgotten.
The small hotel and the garden are very well-kept and lovingly designed with heart down to the last detail, the staff are always very friendly, nice and helpful.
Due to the special situation this year, special measures were required.
In our opinion, these measures were implemented well and we were fully compliant with them.
The solution with the breakfast basket and wish list, which also took special requests into account, was perfect.
If necessary, the wishes could also be changed upon consultation with the employees.
The fact that the rooms were not cleaned daily or towels were not changed daily is not absolutely necessary from our side and should not be rated negatively. (After all, no one at home changes their towels every day)
What we found very positive, that there was now a small dustpan, detergent and dishcloths in the rooms.
So there is also the possibility of sweeping the sand or other crumbs that have been brought in briefly to the side and using glasses or cups (which are available in every room) to rinse them briefly to make a new cup of coffee.
Each room has a capsule machine and a kettle with everything you need.
If there was a need for a major cleaning or towel exchange, repair (drain from the shower) or new capsules / tea / coffee cream / sugar / drinks for the minibar, this was done promptly after consultation or a short notice.
We are already looking forward to the next visit to paradise (hopefully under better conditions)
