Tried to charge extra than what we were supposed to but 200PLN. Refused to pay and was refused the stay.
Very rude reception Staff.No information about parking space which was not available and we have to find it somewhere else.
I recommend highly! I was kindly finished when, after the arrival of the lady, explaining that there were not too many guests, she checked me into a room of a much higher standard than the one for which I paid. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. The staff is helpful and smiling from ear to ear :) I recommend heartily to anyone who is going to Zakopane because the place not only creates a wonderful atmosphere is also a great location. The room is crystal clear, and a kitchen downstairs where you can prepare a meal. I recommend it with a clear conscience and I will definitely not stay anywhere else.
The place is very clean and cozy. The decor of the rooms was beautiful! The price is very adequate. Very good location, a few minutes walk to Krupówki and Biedronka next door. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee machine or toaster. In the common part there are tables, deckchairs or a sofa, you can have a good time playing games that are not missing. The room had a kettle, fridge, dryer and towels. The front desk lady was very nice, she encouraged us to come again and we will definitely go on vacation. Such people are very attractive and make a great impression. Parking available upon prior reservation.
A place worth recommending. The room turned out to be spacious, clean and well-kept. Bathroom in the room modern and clean. The whole building is clean and tidy. You can see that not long ago renovated. A huge plus for playrooms for children and a relaxation room for the rest of the family. The kitchens are modern and functional. The week passed very quickly and pleasantly. Location good. To Krupówki 5, maybe 8 minutes walk, as well as to the Gubałówka funicular. Little few parking spaces. The service was nice and helpful. I recommend it with a clear conscience.
