Let me start by giving credit to the owner of the place for the flexibility and understanding he showed with our reservation. We had changed plans several times and he was able to reschedule every time, even if it was high season. Thank you for that!
Pros:
- nice location, not far from the city center, you can even admire the mountains from the balcony during a sunny day;
- comfortable beds, which is very important after a day of hiking;
- they offer free parking;
- quite clean* rooms;
- polite and helpful staff ( there was only lady, in fact, which was taking care of everything). She even allowed us in the private kitchen to prepare food for our kid.
Cons (things to work on):
- *we found the full ashtray on the balcony, no one took care of that;
- bathroom extremely small, probably won't fit more "fluffy" people;
- breakfast could be a bit better;
- kids toys were dirty (not ok) - either keep them clean or take them away;
- pillows not very comfortable;
The place has great potential but the owners/administrators need to improve a few things.

Very small, no trash bins, no cable TV, no internet, overall clean and OK for two persons
Comfortable rooms and attentive hosts. Well kept, clean, and well priced.
