We stayed at Villa 11 for 5 nights. All the staff were kind, helpful and spoke English which is a huge plus for us as my partner doesn't speak Polish. The food was nice and the decor is very stylish and cosy. We would like to thank all the staff for a lovely stay.
Great location for the mountains and skiing. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main town area. The staff were friendly but there was no staff overnight - kitchen was locked so we bought extra teabags and milk in the town the next day to have in the room. Breakfast was lovely and the room was modern with a traditional twist. View was amazing. I would stay here again.
I visited this hotel in late May 2019 and the weather was beautiful. This area is one of the most picturesque in the country and the accommodation has fantastic views of the Tatra mountains. The rooms are fairly small but are well equipped and the breakfast is amazing with lots of different choices and traditional Polish food. Each room has a balcony with incredible views. I would stay here again if I were in the area.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very accommodating. The breakfast spread they had was amazing. View from the room was beautiful. And only a 10-15 min walk from downtown Zakopane. Highly recommend to anyone travelling here. The staff also speaks English if you don't speak Polish.
