We had a great dinner, well prepared and the plates also look nice. You can notice it's made with love for food! I can really recommend this place. Restaurant has fine interior and also the terras is ok!
We stayed at Villa 11 for 5 nights. All the staff were kind, helpful and spoke English which is a huge plus for us as my partner doesn't speak Polish. The food was nice and the decor is very stylish and cosy. We would like to thank all the staff for a lovely stay.
We visited during the pandemic, therefore we were not able to enjoy all the hostel ha s to offer. But everybody made us feel welcome, the stuff was helpful and the restrictions have been put in place. I want to revisit in more peaceful times.
Biała Owca offers great lodgings for a fair price. The rooms, food, and service are all on a really nice level. On top of that, the hotel is placed in a great location - very close to the mountains (5 minutes walk to the Strążyska Valley's entrance) but still relatively close to Zakopane's center.
The rooms are well-designed, merging a modern, minimalistic style with some traditional elements. The hotel's crew is helpful and nice, the food (the hotel serves breakfasts) is tasty and fresh while not trying to be super original. Everything seemed very clean and new.
Two minor negatives:
1. The walls are quite thin. If your direct neighbors are loud (they like to sing, laugh and talk loudly) - you're going to hear 95% of their noise. It's very situational, though. Maybe you won't be as unlucky as we were in that regard.
2. The ventilation in the building could be better. During the breakfast hours - the smell of food was lingering in our room until the middle of the day.
Besides that, it was a really nice, 4,5/5 experience and I recommend staying at Biała Owca.
We were very satisfied. The place and the home made food was very good as well. Therefore I recommend Pensjonat Tary not only for singles but for families.
The staff gives an excellent service and very professional.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Tasty breakfast and good price.
The one and huge bad thing of this place is the luck of privacy because there’s no soundproof walls.
