Nice and stylish hotel. The restaurant was also super nice and served a pretty good breakfast. We were bummed it was not open for dinner.

Nice hotel neer centre, liked it but there's room for progress, personaly would change pub to a restaurant for better experience, food is okay tho expected more choice, fast food (better done) would go on a dinner outside, the bar is full, you can choose nicely and the coffee is great, bathroom is nice enough clean also the decor, don't know about the room service, if you are a view person don't expect too much, lighting is not so great
Such a disappointment! The rooms are very small, with little ineffective windows, which you cannot open unless you are 1.80 m or standing on a chair. The air conditioning is too cold over night, so you just have to turn it off. In the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no soap, no shower cap, no toiletries in the bathroom, and, as an added bonus, the cold and hot water are switched on the sink faucet (in room 304). The receptionist who did our check-in brought us two pairs of slippers, as those were missing too. She was very kind and let us choose a bigger room (21 mp), because the one that was initially assigned to us (107) was unbelievably small (I checked and it does not appear in any of the booking.com photos) The view is inexistent - just a parking lot and some apartment buildings... The breakfast is poor and the coffee is so bad, I can't even describe it. This is not a 4* hotel! Furthermore, this is not a hotel that should function during this pandemic, as almost no COVID-19 measures are in place: no natural air ventilation, just one of the staff members wore a mask (the receptionist who did our check-out), there is no soap in the room, there was no disinfectant in the restaurant. All in all, it was a bad choice!
A very clean Hotel with nice rooms and friendly employees.
There are a lot of things to improve. Heating in room sometimes work, sometimes don't. Dust cleaning should also be improved because shelfs are cleaner to height of cleaner,not higher. There are strange golden decorations on walls which are really not useful. Food in the morning is always the same; scrambled eggs, frankfurters, sausages, fried something, butter and marmalade, corn flakes or similar, croissants, pancakes and black cake, coffe,bread and selection of 3 juices. Food is good and actually kitchen transforms into a Big mama bar during a night
