The hotel is situated in a very convenient location-15min walking distance to the city center. The lounge and dining area are very nicely decorated with a strong artistic touch, which I loved The service is top-notch, no compromises with the cleaning, kindness, attention to detail and comfort Breakfast was good, coffee- great. Rooms are spacious and spotless. The fitness is small and basically unusable, but I didn't really miss it.
Good hotel, has everything you need, hotel room is well furnished with nice decor. Staff are friendly , good location, no issues with parking. Generally satisfied with the stay
This hotel is simply excellent. One of the best Hilton properties I ever stayed at. The design of the rooms is genius: Lots of storage space, perfect bed and sheets, lots of towels, 100% blackout curtains, soundproof window, nespresso machine, heated bathroom mirror, bathrobe, even comfy socks! Unlimited free self-service filtered water! Nice amenities and welcome gifts! Everything is designed with so much eye for detail, reflecting local history, Croatian culture and design. I travel for a living and I stay in hotels a lot. Here I couldn’t find a single flaw. Breakfast is very good, also the lunch and dinner option, all for a very reasonable price. The young staff is very friendly and sincere. Special thanks to Viktor at the reception who clearly loves his job and gave me insight into design details. They even provide free bikes to explore the city! When you come to Zagreb, look no further. This hotel has it all!
We loved it here. Very cool rooms, fantastic service.
The rooms were clean. The breakfast was fine. The gym can be improved. I'm not sure whether the overall hipster concept of canopy is for me, but here I leave 5 stars because I really appreciated the genuine and honest hotel crew members. I hope good things happen to you all in life
