Excellent hotel, magnificent conditions and meal, rooms and unexpected SPA at last level of the hotel! The breakfast very diversified, many places for smokers outside of the restaurant, minimum 3 different restaurant saloons (which I discovered and used to stay, but maybe they are more...) and very kind staff, enough reasons to come back and enjoy another time! Deserved all the stars as classified and I recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed there for one night with other travelling buddies from Arba travel. They prepare halal food for us and I like the taste.
We had our wedding there, it was amazing and unforgetable. Would recommend every time. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely staff. Two thumbs uuuupppp!!!
Great place. Near city center (8 km). Friendly and helpful personel. Tasty food. Spa zone is to small and can be crowdy.
Stayed in the ‘historic’ part of hotel. Everything but the rooms were perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, incredible lobby space, great location for site seeing in Zagreb. Unfortunately, our room smelled like smoke, very uncomfortable sleep. Updates and renovations in the rooms instead of the exterior and lobby areas would make this a 4-5 Star hotel.
