Lovely rooms, very well designed and decorated. Has 3 rooms: gold, silver and bronze. Host is very kind and friendly. Very comfortable beds, good AC and free mini bar. Great location in old town. Almost everything is walking distance. Supermarket just beneath.
Rooms are on second floor, no elevator.
Public parking nearby for 12kn/hour (summer price, 8am-10pm). But you can try to find elsewhere for less or in the only free parking area but not easy to find a spot.
It wasn't cheap, but this probably depends on season and time of booking.
It was our best hotel experience in our trip in Croatia! Would definitely try to book here if we come back to Zadar.
Awesome hostel. Super clean, super comfy beds with curtains. Lots of storage for your bags. The dorm rooms are large and the AC works great in them. The bathrooms are also super clean and have multiple stalls. The staff was helpful, and the location is simply unbeatable in the heart of old town Zadar.
Great hotel in a beautiful location. Situated right in the historic center of Zadar, very near to the port, it is a small hotel with nice, comfortable rooms.
Everything was great, I cannot speak for dinner and lunch as I dined outside, breakfast is excellent.

I was here at Covid 19, when the boarders were opened. So almost no guests. Reception staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are a little bit small (4 persons), but clean and good bed. Good price
Wonderfull interiour that brings the spirit of Venezia to Zadar. Rooms are devorated eith a touch of glamour, friendly staff working there ready to assist with any questions. Great location in the center of old town. Great for visiting Zadar. No dedicated parking but lots of public parking in the area.
Exceptional! Beatiful interior design, clean and every detail is acording to entire apartment. Our host was very polite and friendly. Felt like home! Location couldn't be more closer to Old Town centre and we didn't hear any noises from outside. The place to stay when in Zadar!
Though the pictures of the place online are good, the details are lost in translation. The place is even more spectacular in reality. A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the old town
A beautiful apartment. Such a great mattress and even pillow was best on trip, at least for me. My partner didn’t like the pillows, but I guess you can’t please everybody... Beautiful pearl paint, with designed signature sections. High ceilings, lovely chandeliers, designed exposed brick wall. Enjoyed free coffee with coffee machine and capsules. Apartment in historic building. Great location right by water and centre of town. View of roofs and mountains in the distance. Secure entrance and have lift to room. Good communication from owner. Where we were supposed to have breakfast restaurant seemed to close so owner returned us money for breakfast.
Very friendly host, nice and clean room. Best location to explore Zadar by foot. Parking will cost you quite some $$ if you leave your car nearby for longer than a few hours :)

Beautiful place, very cosy, clean and stylish, it feels, that everything done with love. An appartement has a perfect location, just in the heart of the Old City. And also very friendly host, she even picked us up near the parking, so we didn't get lost. Totally recommended! it feels like home here :)
Great location you park right out front, really friendly staff and helpful, rooms are amazing with the beautiful stair case giving you that heritage feel, breakfast is great with a le carte, so everything is super fresh!!!
The spa is beautiful really clean and well maintained, if you wish to stay in Zadar I highly recommend visiting this hotel you won’t go wrong!

Thank you for hosting my weekend getaway. Elena was our go to for all questions related to Zadar. Super knowledgeable, fast, and lovely to speak with.
Mateo was our host at breakfast in the most lovely hidden garden spot in all of Zadar, and yet so close to everything in the Old Town.
Our room was in the annex across the street from the main building. Traditional building, super high ceiling, with nice small balcony (for smoking as I did not permit it in the room). The colors were soothing and very elegant.
Two small hiccups. First, the closet space is sized for very tall people. I had to stretch to hang up dresses and then it did not have enough space to hang straight due to shelving. Second, was the semi-open shower. The drain was very slow and I did not realize until practically half the bathroom floor was wet.
All was taken care of promptly including finding my missing linen shirt (gift from Mom).
