Pros: nicely decorated, very clean and well located.
Cons: freezing in winter, the studio apartment has an air-conditioning machine but is not enough for the winter months. Feeling constantly cold changed our whole perception about the place.
On a different note there wasn't a toaster and neither forks or knifes, I'm sure that was a mistake but it would have been great to have some.
There is no washing machine/dryer in the studio.
As a summary good for couples but I would not recommend it if you have a baby plus stroller, as you need to take the stairs to be able to use the lift which only works if you go up, can't be used to go down.
Incredible location, stylish, spacious, spotless and comfortable. Would definitely rent again!
This apartment is fantastic - just as beautiful as the pictures show! It includes everything you might need, and it has the perfect location! Around the corner is the breath-taking Mediterranean (you get a glimpse of it throuhg the trees from the windows as well) and just outside the door is the wonderful old town with lots of wonderful restaurants, museums, sights and shops! Communication with the owners and their personnel is super, and they help you with anything you like! We would love to stay here again!
Lovely apartment with a warming welcome. We were here on a holiday, and the apartment had everything we needed and more! Would definitely recommend!
The apartment was fantastic. Very luxurious, clean and the location could not be better. It is literally in the old town facing the sea. The double glazing is good so there's no noise and the airconditioning was brilliant in the heatwave. Everything you could possibly want is provided and there's even Apple TV. The wifi was good too. Karla, the host was great. She arranged all our tours and airport transfers and everything was perfect. All on time and effortless. I highly recommend this appartment and the studio next door. I definitely hope to visit Zadar again and if I do I will stay here.
