Looking for 2 days relax after Carona shenanigans and even willing to pay a little premium for it however this place is currently a rort.
Band-aid (sticking plaster) found in food (no joke ). Not even any apology.
The staff are rude, aircon in restaurant is non existent so you are uncomfortable and leave. The food quality and choice is WAY below average for 4 stars and for the money they are still charging (full price!) you can get better options elsewhere.
They offered me a 20% discount after multiple complaints and I am still fuming and feel robbed of my time and money.
Cold, unapologetic management and you need to buss your own bags in and out too btw.
If you want a drink.. from the bar...you need to get that too. Usually in other places there are staff for that, so you can relax. It's what you pay for.
Would not bother and save yourself money and get a better experience elsewhere.
We are now checked in at an apartment 3 minutes away and 5 times the size with proper aircon, luxury appliances, jacuzzi, pool and it's half the price.
Shame on you Falkensteiner.
Clean and large rooms, perfect situation and view, friendly staff as well as good food. Didn't find something one could improve!
Reception staff seems annoyed by guests, "content" for kids is a bunch of broken machines that take coins and more often than not "steal" the coins, the rooms are old and its showing. Food was ok.
