Oh what can I say, but what a great hostel... Yes it is simple but I was made to feel apart of the family from the moment I walked in. Was only there for 3 nights but could have easily stayed longer if I was able. Thank you...big love xxx #no tears
The hostel was good. We stayed only for a night. The host was friendly.
This hostel is super friendly, a warm welcome and the team made an effort to look after the guests. They were really supportive of a couple of special requests I had. Great having the outdoors area, it was social chatting and having drinks through the late evening and the hostel seems to attract a nice crowd.
The hostel itself needs some attention and upgrading, a facelift and improvement to some of the facilities. From small things like no holder for the shower head making it awkward to use, a kitchen that’s getting run down, to most importantly the beds being particularly uncomfortable with bed springs pushing through the mattress (most beds have the same issue) so I didn’t have a comfortable sleep. New mattresses are really needed and I hope the feedback is taken on board.
As the staff team were so kind and supportive I would have loved to have given a better rating but ultimately I think the hostel does need some upgrading and a little work to modernize and improve.
