Great customer service. We loved the amazing room service. Their cleanliness is above and beyond. They really made us feel at ease, Especially during this time when you want to feel safe. Okay this is the real definition of what so called hotel budget. My phone was not working in the hotel room, I had to go downstairs . They had reception there, however they are only good enough. There are quite a lot of stains that visible on the mattress Wifi is full working. Phone in my hotel room is not working. I suddenly feel like I'm in a horror film. And I do really upset that the staff is not friendly ♀️and also... really? cockroach on my bed?!?!
Budget friendly hotel, friendly n nice staff, clean enough room, good overall for the price :)
