Well, after three years, coming in and out of Yogyakarta, I always return to Indies Heritage, and I actually seldom write any reviews for such premises, but today, I decided to write one, and this is for Indies Heritage.
Yes, I noticed the decline of qualities, and I think it is still in normal range, I consider it as well maintained. No complaints against it, as we managed our own hospitality properties.
Still, my favorite hotel in Yogyakarta. Because the main point is quality of service, at least to me, not just being friendly, but being helpful!
I don't have pictures of the room and whatnot, as others had posted them, I am posting my beloved Tumbler that I acquired 2 years ago back in Frankfurt.
It was left behind, and the current team, had been being helpful in getting it back to my hands.
Remember, it's the quality of helpfulness over the quality of property. being friendly is a plus, being helpful is the best.
Thank you Indies Heritage team, will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend everyone to experience their helpfulness in person.
Nice room with balcony
A beautiful older style colonial/art deco hotel. Quality tasteful furniture & fittings. Our room on 3rd floor had a balcony facing onto the central pool - lined with palm trees. So quiet & peaceful. Room was very spacious, exceptionally clean & tidy. Complimentary tea, coffee & water replaced daily. Very comfortable bed & lovely quality bed linen & duvet. I cannot fault this hotel - the attention to detailed is exceptional!!!! Cannot comment on the food as only had "Covid-19" room service pre-made breakfast. Absolutely loved this hotel!!!!

Room was good but bit small. Choose higher category to hv more space. Mini bar is available in suite room only. Breakfast menu need to be improved.
