Hospitality, cleanliness, food, staff & location were all really good. Lovely.
Tho there's thing need to be addressed: please put a written rule on EACH floor - for the guest not to make noises / running around / playing on the hall way / corridor.
Ridiculously, it happened twice during our stay. Complained, moved to a higher floor, only to find the guy next door were doing the exact same stupid thing: playing on the hall even at 9pm.
Oh, perhaps the sign should say: come stay with us but don't forget to bring your manner & brain along.
Really love the interior of this hotel. Every corner of the hotel is insta-worthy. Service was great, room is also spacious and clean. The only downside is the infinity pool that is elevated from pool chair area. So if you just wanna hang by the poolside, there's not much to offer since the view is blocked by the pool's wall
A comfort and cozy place to stay, the staff are so nice. Their breakfast food is also great! Since the place near two university, you can find some nice place near the hotel. No need to worry!
We are a family with 3 young kids. Only stayed for a night but really enjoyed it. Swimming pool although not too big but kids like it. Breakfast was variously delicious.
