I wouldn't necessarily call it "boutique" but it's very good and directly in the city center of Yerevan. It's simple, clean, staff is friendly and helpful. English speaking. Wifi is quite fast. You get what you pay for. We had two rooms and both were clean pleasant.
Wouldn't call it "boutique", but the staff was very nice, rooms were big and clean, lots of choices for breakfast. Location is also great.
Cheap, clean, very near to Republic square. Supermarket, restaurant, in walking distance. There's a big modern kitchen with utensils on ground floor. Internet rather slowly, except in the lobby. Shared bathroom on every floor.
Nice and clean. Air conditioned. Good breakfast.
