Receptionist there was very rude and unhelpful,i booked sauna for 4 hours via phone call,in phone they said the water in swimming pool will be warm but when i reached there they fooled me and gave a ice cool swimming pool and they lied they have steam room and sauna was also not good ,had worst experience

There's lots of misunderstanding issues because the staff didn't know English. But the price and behavior are good.
