This is probably one of the greatest hotels in Armenia. The quality matches that of hotels from Dubia, and the location is right on the famous Northern Avenue, where you can take a stroll toward the Opera or the Republic Square. I would really recommend this hotel!
Its the second time i am taking a membership for 1 month to use the spa. Very clean, good swimming pool, very helpful staff. I asked the guy‘s name, He said his name is Garik. But not only him, all are very fast, and nice.
In general, hotel is very pleasing and really good one to stay. Its a bit expensive for this region. But sure one of the best choices to say.
Very luxurious
The hotel is true luxury . It's a small hotel and probably the best in Yerevan. It is located near the main Street. The staff are welcoming . The rooms are excellent. The only negative about the hotel is there is no view and the breakfast is not that great. Else I would have given it full marks

Consumer be aware! I have stayed at many luxury hotels all around the world and it is sad to say that this hotel was a huge disappointment. I have never been treated in such a degrading manner. This hotel is being marketed as a top notch hotel and you pay top dollar to experience nuisance and ripoff on top of the high price tag that you pay. Please do not be doomed by their high ratings. I will be filing a complaint with the organization that oversees hotels and their practices in Armenia for an unlawful and illegal charges assessed. This hotel does not have any signs posted anywhere to make you aware regarding their smoking policy and if you smoke be prepared to pay several hundred dollars. Again pretty much every hotel that you book will tell you at the time of check in if a room is a non/ smoking room or will have signs posted inside the room or outside but not this shady hotel. Hence, even if there are no signs posted the right thing will be to inform people about their policy and not outright charge them several hundred dollars. In addition, the room that we stayed in was unsanitary and I found a mold inside the bathroom. This was the worst hotel stay ever! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please research before you book.
