Very nice place with pleasant host. Everything is clean. The room and kitchen were comfortable.
We stayed at Azoyan Guesthouse from September 4th to 7th, 2018. We arrived at the Azoyan Guesthouse after a very long and exhausting flight from Canada. We were picked-up at the airport by Lusiné, the owner, who insisted in doing so even if it was way past midnight. Needless to say that we greatly appreciated that.
The guesthouse is comfortable and tidy with its nicely decorated and spacious rooms. The kitchen is accessible at all times with snacks and drinks available. Also, Lusiné quickly made us feel at home.
The Azoyan Guesthouse is very well located, a block away from Vernissage, one of Yerevan's main highlights where the city's largest outdoor market is held. The guesthouse is also a 5-10 minutes walk from Republic Square.
During our entire stay, the owner was very helpful in recommending what to do or not and assisted us in making the best of our time in Yerevan. She also helped us with securing train tickets.
We believe it was the right place to begin our trip to Armenia and we warmly recommend it to anyone.
