New hotel so everything was nice and clean and new. Location in the core of Yerevan was perfect. There were lots and lots of outlets in good locations. Room was really big and bathroom was nice with hooks and rails.for toiletry bags and towels. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Without doubt it's one of the best hotels in the heart of Yerevan! The staff is friendly, the rooms are bright and stylish. Great location for evening walks in the center of the city.

The hotel is very good. Friendly, nice staff. Modern rooms with freshly renovated. And the bed is like a cloud.
Separately, I note the location. It is convenient for those who come to visit tourist places, as well as simply in the city center with cool establishments.
Of the small minuses: sound insulation between the room and the corridor. Between the rooms, everything is fine.
It did not interfere at night, it was more noticeable during the day. But not particularly critical.

I chose an early check-in as an additional service. I was warned about the cost, answered positively in the form of a booking. What I thought about the confirmation of the service.
Upon arrival, there was a communication problem between the manager and administrator, who met us personally. He was not aware of the early arrival.
The administrator did his best to solve the problem. As a result, they offered to pay half the day in the room of A Hotel Yerevan, where Teryan Pushkin Apart Hotel is part of it. The cost was not much higher than the cost for an early check-in.
In the morning they found out that we were offered to stay at A Hotel Yerevan, at no extra charge. What agreed.
Wonderful hotel in the heart of Yerevan! The staff is welcoming and welcoming. Checked into the room ahead of time without a problem. Thanks for that! The rooms are cozy, clean, plumbing sparkles) everything is new. Within walking distance there are a lot of attractions and various cafes. In short, I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Yerevan.
