The hotel is just amazing, it is clean, room service is marvelous and given the price it is nice place to settle down in Armenia.
It has a short walking distance to monuments and historical place.
This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Yerevan and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and all major tourist attractions. The rooms are cosy and clean. The hotel can also help arrange any day trips should you wish to go beyond Yerevan. Perhaps the greatest asset to this hotel are it's staff. The manager is truly a friendly lady who is ever willing to help and always has a smile on her face. Since it was Armenian Christmas, we were offered a traditional breakfast and wine, making this truly a memorable day. She even took the time to explain Armenian history and the significance of some traditions to us. Thank you Daniel Boutique Hotel for your amazing hospitality, we will surely stay here again on our next visit. HIGHLY recommended.
This place is really well supervised hotel. With good quality of staff and services. Especially the girl taking care of tourists. I think the hotel is good if you would stay a way from the center. Also, it is family friendly hotel. The staff will do their best to serve you in a good manner.
Staying at this boutique hotel was a memorable for me and my family. With great view of Cascade park and monuments nearby, breakfast was delicious, the portions were toooo big as Armenian hospitality ))). Owner Maria was as bright as Armenian sun ))). We will return back in summer.
Fantastic hotel to stay in a beautiful location. The room allocated to us had a wonderful view of the city, which me and family loved it. The best part in our whole trip is this hotel. At room every detail has been taken care of, like iron stand, iron box, locker, fridge, hair drier, kettle and so on. Staffs here just are so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is the another highlight here, largest and tasty breakfast spread it was. Indoor Swimming pool and gym is also available here. All in all, simply lived our stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel to tourists
Great value for money and close to the airport! The floors are a bit dirty, but bathrooms and linnen are all very clean. The owner will immediately ask you for "money, money", that's when you know you're at the right place. They only accept cash. WiFi available.
Very high quality of facilities and service compared to its price. This is a good value for money. Location is not very central, but the center can be reached in 3-4 minutes by taxi
Such a cosy, independent home from home. Each room is unique. Warm hospitality. Hot running water, warm rooms, spacious. Breakfast was plentiful.
Charming story behind the house/villa. So well located, within easy reach of most attractions and shopping areas.
I recommend this place. They are located at higher elevation, overlooking Yerevan. They have a great balcony to drink-in the awesome city view. The place is spotlessly clean with very helpful staff. Thanks to them, we had an awesome stay in Armenia.
I wouldn't necessarily call it "boutique" but it's very good and directly in the city center of Yerevan. It's simple, clean, staff is friendly and helpful. English speaking. Wifi is quite fast. You get what you pay for. We had two rooms and both were clean pleasant.
It is unbelievable what you see when you enter the garden (and the cafe inside it). It amused me how different it is from outside and the moment you are inside it!! A must see!!! I have seen the rooms but never stayed for the night though but I am guessing it would be an amazing experience too. It is one of the places you'd remember from Armenia!
